3 Ingredient Breakfast “Cookies”

When Savanna first transitioned to food, I realized she was starving by the next meal. I wanted to find something healthy she could eat, and also sub in for our egg and toast rotation every once in a while. A friend shared this recipe with me from Skinny Taste. These “cookies” are so easy to make and a huge hit.  Literally 3 ingredients people: oats, banana and PB-total win. The website offers variations, but I’ve also made them with almond butter, added cinnamon and will double the batch to have extra to freeze (usually get 6-8 out of a single batch). Of course, ditch the chocolate chips for baby but maybe make a separate batch for you-it’s worth it. You can find the recipe below : )
